  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure new business.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery or account management teams.
  • Create and manage a business development plan that outlines short-term and long-term goals.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
