We are seeking an Android Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and Android Studio. Responsibilities include assisting in app development, debugging, and optimizing performance. Candidates should be eager to learn, possess problem-solving skills, and have knowledge of APIs and UI/UX principles. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications.
Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement app features.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
Optimize application performance and UI/UX design.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Kotlin or Java.
Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into mobile applications.
Document development processes, code changes, and technical issues.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and Android Studio.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries (Retrofit, Glide, etc.).
Understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture and Jetpack components.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Skills

Proficiency in Java/Kotlin for Android development.
Basic understanding of XML and UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of Firebase, SQLite, or Room Database.
Experience with debugging tools like Logcat.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and improving development skills.

Guidelines for Android Development Internship
